Practice Time -
You will go with Tucker and me as we take our lesson out into the beautiful Vermont countryside.

The Text Book -
        You will get a written copy of the exercise plan to follow (on the insert).

Homework -
        You will get 30 minutes of original music that William D.Kelly,Jr wrote for this video. Download it onto an MP3 player to take with you on your "WORKOUT WALK".

What you will not get on this dvd-

just another exercise program, with high impact moves, done in a gym, to loud music.
