If you do not see the charge that you need :
Go ahead and place your order. We will then determine the exact shipping charge for you and add an additional charge item on this page. When that is in place, we will email you. You can then "order" that as a separate shopping item. As soon as we have received the payment for this shipping charge, we will complete your entire order and ship it to you - usually within 2 business days.
